 Richcraft Pools, LLC was founded by brothers Josh and Adam Richardson — second-generation pool builders with deep roots in Colorado and a lifelong passion for aquatic design and construction. From their earliest years, they worked in the family business cleaning and servicing pools, later spending their summers building pools through college. When their parents retired, Josh and Adam carried forward that legacy by establishing Richcraft Pools, LLC.

Together, Josh and Adam bring over 30 years of combined industry experience. They have designed and built hundreds of pools nationwide, from residential to luxury hotel and resort installations to fitness centers, multifamily communities, aquatic parks, and rehabilitation facilities. 

Adam is an award-winning Aquatic Designer and Master Certified Builder Professional (MCBP) with the Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA). His background as Director of Design in the family business sharpened his ability to create innovative, functional, and visually stunning aquatic environments. Josh, who served as General Manager and Director of Construction, brings strong leadership and a meticulous focus on quality craftsmanship, ensuring each project is executed to the highest standard.
